Here’s a member of my Facebook group who won a boudoir session by entering my giveaways in December 2023. If you’re interested in winning a shoot just like she did, don’t forget to enter my giveaways in 2024… All it takes is a bit of luck!

In my client’s case, she won her session at the end of 2023, and we got her scheduled for April 2024. As soon as we set the date and went over her ideas for the session, I immediately started looking forward to it! She shared that she has a ton of different tattoos, and she even planned to get one of her tattoos touched up before the session so it would really POP. It’s always fun to highlight tattoos that are new or special to my clients, so it was exciting to hear this!

On the day of the shoot, my client came to the studio, and Emily Filice got started on her hair and makeup. The finished eye makeup looked SO beautiful, and it complemented her eye color! When it came to her hair, a natural look was decided on because she already has gorgeous curls. The best hairstyle for my clients is one that makes them feel their most confident… So if clients love to embrace their natural hair, then I love it, too!

We got started by shooting in the living room set, and my client wore a strappy black look that also had lace! During this part of the session, we had fun with capturing mirror shots that featured her sitting on the side of the bed. Looking back at these images, I’m also obsessed with the lighting in these shots and how glowy my client’s complexion looked. She was radiant!

Wearing the same outfit, my client officially moved over to the bedroom set and used the blue satin sheets. This deep, cool color choice was a perfect fit for her eyes and hair! In these photos, her gaze is so striking, and she looks STUNNING.

Before ending the session, we also captured a few different types of shots! She switched into a black zip-up jacket, and we took some photos of her undressing. We also snapped some shots using a solid black backdrop. In these photos, she’s all dressed up! The black necklace and patterned dress gave the photos a sensual, sophisticated feel.

When you win a session or have one gifted to you… I like to say that boudoir is the gift that keeps on giving! Why?

The experience itself is a positive one for clients, and you’ll walk away feeling sensual, radiant, and confident in yourself! Then, when you receive your final photos during your reveal session… Those feelings from the shoot will all come back.

Plus, when your partner sees those photos… They’ll be excited, too! When it came to my client, her husband joined us for the image reveal and helped her select favorites. He LOVED her shots and was definitely more than willing to help us review them.
